"They're strange people from Liverpool. I don't wanna say they're dirty, they look a little weird, but they rock like crazy" - Iggy Pop, 2018.
Deemed an 'unavoidably loud force for good' by Clash, Queen Zee burst forth from Merseyside in 2016. Releasing their debut single "Sissy Fists" in May 2017, the band gained popularity for their dangerous and explosive live show, tounge-in-cheek humor and DIY approach. Queen Zee's blend of garage punk chaos and queer glam has lead the band to be called "The Rocky Horror Picture Show on steroids" by BBC Radio 1's Phil Taggart. In 2018 the band shared a live session from the famous BBC Maida Vale studios on Huw Stephens Radio One new music show. The session made BBC history as the first ever all female crew on a Maida Vale recording. Queen Zee have appeared alongside Peaches, The Kills, Beth Ditto, Dream Wife, HMLTD & more
