Kelly Lee Owens is asking that all ticket holders for proof of vaccine or a negative test within 24 hours of the day of show. Kelly respects every person's right to choose their own path through these difficult times and only asks that those working and attending the upcoming shows respect her view that these policies are our best path to staying out on the road doing what we all love; to play music and bring people together.
