Dylan John Thomas

plus guest support t.b.a.

Fresh from supporting Gerry Cinnamon across the UK and Europe, Scottish singer-songwriter Dylan John Thomas, announces his own headline UK and IRE tour.

Dylan said: ‘I’m buzzing about the shows. It’s my first headline tour since supporting Gerry Cinnamon and releasing my debut single. I met loads of people across the UK and Ireland, when I was supporting Gerry, and they were into the songs, so I’m looking forward to getting back out there.  I’ve now got a rhythm section playing alongside me and I’m enjoying the different dynamic.’

Dylan is already setting records with his biggest headline show in his home town, Glasgow. His sold-out show in the iconic King Tuts venue is the fastest selling debut for a Scottish solo act in the venue’s history.

Dylan’s self-released debut single ‘Nobody Else’ delivers an uplifting yet heartfelt love song.

On ‘Nobody Else’, Dylan John Thomas said: ‘It is a song about that person that you can’t live without. I never had the best childhood but the happy memories I have really stem from music, like the feeling of winding a music box up and listening to the high melody, that’s what I am trying to capture in this song, that’s where the main riff comes from.

Scottish singer-songwriter Dylan John Thomas is building a following across the UK, following the release of his debut singleNobody Else’.

On release ‘Nobody Else’ went straight into key Spotify playlists including ‘New Music Friday’ & ‘Fresh Finds: Six Strings’; and has recently been added to Radio X daytime playlist.

Since joining Gerry Cinnamon on a huge sold-out UK tour, playing to over 30,000 people, and supporting the singer across multiple dates in Amsterdam and Germany, Dylan is now setting recordswithhis own latest, and biggest, headline show in Glasgow’s renowned King Tuts. With this sold-out show, the young singer achieved the fastest selling King Tuts debutfor a Scottish solo act in the venue’s history.

Dylan also joined Noel Gallagher, The Courteeners, and Gerry Cinnamon on the bill at this year’s Isle of Wight Festival; and performed at Truck and Y Not Festivalfestivals this Summer.
