The Armed - cancelled

Hey everyone. We’re really bummed to make this announcement. But hold tight… it all dovetails into some good news on the horizon.

 

While we’ve all recently been inundated with optimistic reports about shows returning in the States, there is still a lot of uncertainty around international touring at the moment. And, unfortunately, that can make taking on a full routing a major gamble — one with scarier odds every day. 

 

So, accordingly, we’ve had to make the very difficult decision to cancel our UK/EU shows for this October. 

 

Current ticket holders for those shows — you will get an automatic refund from the point of purchase. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Trust us, we’d like nothing more than to come destroy your town… this is like the third time the tour has been booked.

 

PLEASE know that we’re working on very exciting plans for 2022 — some of which will be revealed VERY soon. You’re not getting rid of us, Europe. That’s for damn sure.

 

ULTRAPOP LIVE is the next phase, and it’s going to be completely outrageous. We can’t wait to tell you more. We can’t wait to see you all.

The Armed have announced a new album, ULTRAPOP, available April 16th via Sargent House - their first album with the company. Featuring work from Mark Lanegan and Queens of the Stone Age guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen this is the first album co-produced by the band's own Dan Greene in collaboration with Ben Chisholm (Chelsea Wolfe). Kurt Ballou remains at the helm as executive producer. With the announcement comes a live video for the first track, "All Futures," explicitly revealing this album's band member lineup for the first time.
