LA LOM

The Los Angeles League of Musicians, LA LOM, are an instrumental trio formed in Los Angeles in 2021. They blend the sounds of Cumbia Sonidera, 60’s soul ballads, and classic romantic boleros that emanate from radios, backyard parties and dance clubs of Los Angeles with the twang of Peruvian Chicha and Bakersfield Country.

Warming up the room before the band will be Leeds selectors El Caspete DJs (Diego Bocanegra and Eyan Green), two of the city's deepest Latin vinyl crate diggers. They play records across the city at vinyl sessions at Bar 8, Eat Your Greens, Holding Patterns, and have also featured as guests at Smokestack and Brudenell. They'll be spinning an ALL VINYL selection of great cumbia and chicha music from Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Argentina...LPs and 45s.
