Adam Betts returns to Leeds to perform a bunch of new stuff under his new title Colossal Squid. Adam is the backbone of Three Trapped Tigers and plays in Shobaleader One with Squarepusher as well as The Heritage Orchestra.

Betts has been busy working on his second solo album and is here to melt your minds with these brand new turbo energy fun time belters!

Betts' first LP 'Colossal Squid' is a dynamic and progressive piece of triggered sounds and extreme drumming vigour, detailed around delicious grooves. Brewing electronica, metal, industrial and braindance, its ringing snares, icy synths and curveball atonality recall the nominal reference to sci fi b-movies.

A new record is on the way, titled 'Curse These Metal Hands'. Lead single 'I Lost Detroit', featuring the wonderful Saint Saviour, is truly a joy to behold. Vocals have elevated an already remarkable sound to a whole new level...
