‘Imagine if Lana Del Rey fronted a rock band and took them to play Woodstock at the end of the 60’s and you’d be on the right lines.’ (Bearfoot)
UK based four-piece Kell deftly mix atmospheric art rock and electronic elements, shifting between ‘60s inspired psychedelia and intimate soundscapes.
Following the release of their debut single 'I Know a Girl’ in September 2016, Kell have been featured on BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio and BBC Radio Leeds. The Devil Has The Best Tuna featured the single, describing it as 'a female Syd Barrett covering an unreleased out-take from The Beatles Sgt Pepper album sessions’.
Their newest single ‘Alcohol’ is available to stream/download here: https://www.soundcloud.com/kelltheband/alcohol
