Minotaurs

'South Shields sextet Minotaurs have been all too quiet for the past year or so, since the release of their debut album 'Eat yr Hate' in deepest Northumberland with Woodpigeon producer, Arran Fisher. Intricate arrangements and striking melodies complement lyrics dealing with loss, co-dependence and the occasionally recuperative nature of home. Their music is loaded with two things rare in contemporary British guitar music; sincerity and substance.' Narc Magazine

They are currently writing and recording their eagerly anticipated second album.

High Tide 15:47

A fuzzy twist on influences from the shoegaze and dream pop scenes of the late 80s and early 90s. High Tide 15:47 have been making waves in their hometown Newcastle. 2014 brought them coveted support slots with The Sonics, Eagulls, Wolf Alice, Speedy Ortiz, the Besnard Lakes and Young Husband. In 2015 they released their debut, self-titled EP. 'Their fuzzed up dream-pop will be infecting melancholic hearts everywhere' NME https://www.facebook.com/HighTide1547

Tape Tree

Born in Newcastle and currently residing in Leeds, the former Second Prize frontman Jack Chappell has been quietly honing his songwriting. Working with producer Jon Foulger his self-titled debut album, Tape Tree is due for release in September, which is a collection of songs about life, death and Kevin Keegan.

Slow Decades

'There’s so much warmth and heart in Ben Lowes-Smith’s songs which is underpinned beautifully by the depth and gravitas of his voice. Their first album The Frost and The Concrete is full of lush melodic songs which really do merit a lot more love than I’ve seen them receive thus far.'- Drowned In Sound.
