Georgie Fame

With a career that spans more than 5 decades Georgie Fame’s credentials are extensive. Hailed as one of the UKs finest jazz, rythmn & blues exports, Georgie Fame made his name in the ‘60s with three No. 1 hits and over 20 albums since. He’s worked with Eric Clapton, Count Basie, Stevie Wonder and Muddy Waters, Van Morrison and Bill Wyman amongst others and is widely credited as being among the first artists to introduce Britain’s youth to soul, R&B, Blues and Ska. Performing as a trio with his two sons, this is an intimate concert charting his long career.

Incredibly stylish, both musically and personally, Georgie’s performances are littered with anecdotes and stories of smokey blues clubs and jazz legends. His blend of jazz, beat, blues and R&B has withstood the test of time and his sound still sounds as cool as it did in the swinging ‘60’s.
