DEAD SONS

This Sheffield based 5 piece rock band use keys and extra percussion to create a big sound likened to The Dead Weather, Grinderman and Ennio Morricone having a musical duel in the middle of a street fight. After self releasing a couple of white label 7s and putting out some free downloads they caught the attention of the Sheffield music scene which recently led to their biggest shows to date supporting the Arctic Monkeys at the Don Valley Bowl, and a club NME show at the end of July. Come October there will be a new EP to check out too, recorded by Ross Orton (The Kills, Jarvis Cocker) and released on Crystal Ship Records.
