SJM presents...
Nicholas Allbrook
plus guest support
Nicholas Allbrook is a man of many monikers - POND front-man, former-Tame Impala bass player, one half of Allbrook/Avery and Peter Bibbydrummer.
The new single Advance, out March 11th on Spinning Top Records, is the first taste from his forthcoming second LP. Nicholas Allbrook will be heading out on a national headline tour in support of the single this March. Tickets on sale now.
Advance follows last year’s ‘Walrus’ EP, which featured lead singles Blanket 3027 and Noyfeck. The new track comments on his Australian roots, and gives new insight into the weird and wonderful mind of the DIY antipodean.
Allbrook first earned himself a devout following with the release of his debut LP ‘Ganough, Wallis and Fatuna.’ Since then, he has appeared at Sydney’s At First Sight festival and accompanied revered indie outfit Unknown Mortal Orchestra on their run of sold-out Australian shows. Now, the Perth talent is bringing his stripped back live show to a range of intimate venues around the country.
