Brudenell presents a very special show to celebrate the opening of the new Brudenell Community Room.

Whilst building a new venue, we thought long about planning an opening event. Initially daunted by the idea, and who might fit, we decided to keep plans low key. Until, that is, we had a conversation with our good friends from Scotland, and realised our schedules aligned similarly.

As Mogwai release their new album ‘Every Country’s Sun’ on September 1^st, the same week we open our new venue, it made perfect sense to collaborate in a celebration.

A band that have never stood still, constantly evolving over their career, Mogwai have always remained fiercely independent, done their it their way and still made their own sound.

These qualities and values are things that we both share, and hold utmost respect for.

Mogwai will play a very special intimate show on Thursday 7^th September in the Brudenell Community Room.

Tickets are available immediately at Brudenell bar in person, or via the Brudenell / Mogwai mailing list links.

In order to also support fellow independents, both Jumbo Records & Crash Records have a limited allocation which are also only available to buy in person.
