Glass Caves have had a year that has seen them start from busking in cities across the UK to selling out most of their debut album tour, with self-funded album ‘Alive’ making the Record Store Top 40 on week of release.
'Alive' saw the band playing live on Radio 2 for Dermot O'Leary, at Isle of Wight Festival and on a national 'This Feeling' tour and supports with Augustines and a headline at Club NME to a packed out Koko in London.
These late 2015 shows will see the band debuting a new crop of material for their second record which will surface in 2016.
"Glass Caves quickly became a word of mouth phenomenon. Each song seemed to be carefully honed, with the band’s craftman-ship allowing them to gradually sand down rough edges, refining their voice on their travels.”
“Whatever the parallels to come, here lies a band on the brink of bigger things. Quite simply, this track is nostalgia for the modern age. Believe the hype.”
