Glass Caves

Bursting from the streets to the radio one playlist, picking up plaudits from Clashmusic, Billboard and a number of international music blogs along the way Glass Caves have built a following across the North of England busking from city to city.

Glass Caves fuse agitated rhythms and yo-yoing guitars with vocal harmonies that splinter then soar through their songs. The band draw from a number of classic international influences and put them through a very British filter resulting in a perfectly formed morsels of ballsy alt-rock.

"Glass Caves quickly became a word of mouth phenomenon. Each song seemed to be carefully honed, with the band's craftman-ship allowing them to gradually sand down rough edges, refining their voice on their travels."

Clash Music

"Glass Caves are going to be on everyone's lips in the coming months with their blend of Alternative-Rock mixed with the combination of Electronics and good old British Indie-Rock."

It's all Indie Blog

"Whatever the parallels to come, here lies a band on the brink of bigger things. Quite simply, this track is nostalgia for the modern age. Believe the hype."

The Music Ninja Blog

"Their indie rock intuition will grab and shake you till you're ready to dance it out on the dance floor"

The 405 Blog

"So you're telling me you want 1) Charismatic vocals, 2) mesmerising synths and 3) equally mesmerising guitars, all in one song? Glass Caves must just be the one for you today."

RED KITES

Red Kites music is epic yet intimate, with emotive lyrics and sweeping melody all wrapped in a pop sensibility and unpredictability which is entirely their own. Their songs are rendered with a distinctively honest voice and delivered with a fierce determination.

The band formed in September 2010 in Guildford, Surrey, but their roots began in The Highlands of Scotland. A shared love of modern folk and rock drove the sound’s direction, but varied musical backgrounds brought unexpected ingredients to the mix, leading to a sound that was original whilst channelling a vast spectrum of influences.

Their debut E.P 'Beat in Time' was released in April 2012 to critical acclaim, and the band went on to play several Scottish festivals that summer, including Rockness, Belladrum and Go North. The second E.P ‘New Life Ignites’ was released in June 2013, and the band are currently promoting it around the UK.
